Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders are placed in plain outer packaging. Courier labels contain only the information needed for delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Our usual estimate is 1–5 business days, subject to stock, location, payment verification and courier conditions.

Can I return an opened intimate product?

Opened or unsealed hygiene-sensitive products cannot ordinarily be returned for change of mind where applicable law allows that restriction. This does not remove rights relating to defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.

How do I choose a quantity?

Use the minus and plus controls beside the quantity field. The maximum may be limited by available stock.

Do you store my payment-card details?

Card details are normally handled by the selected payment provider. The store receives payment status and order information needed to process the purchase.
