Where we deliver

We deliver to supported addresses within South Africa using third-party courier partners. Availability, charges and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Our usual delivery message is: 1–5 business days. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, public holidays, remote areas, stock checks, payment verification and courier disruptions may extend delivery times.

Discreet packaging

Orders are packed in plain outer packaging. Courier labels may contain the minimum sender and delivery information required to complete the shipment. The configured dispatch sender name is .

Tracking and delivery

Incorrect, damaged or missing deliveries
