Strengthen your pelvic floor muscles with this kegel ball training set. Made to fight the effects of weak pelvic floor muscles, this set consists of weighted balls made of body-safe silicone. The balls are inserted in the vagina for about 15mins to 6 hours, where the pelvic muscles contract to hold the weight. Over time, if done regularly, this exercise helps tighten the muscles in this area, resulting in improved sexual function and response.

Start with the single 37.5g (3.5cm diameter) ball for about 2-3 weeks, then move up to the lighter 58g double ball for another 2-3 weeks and finish off with the heavier 75g ball. Just be sure to apply plenty of lube for a comfortable experience every time you use the balls.

Care instructions

Silicone-based lubricants may react with silicone products, leading to swelling of the area of the toy submerged in silicone or other distortion. To be safe, only use water-based lubricants with the ball or do a patch test on a small area to see how it reacts.
